Terms and Agreements
- You are agreeing to pay $600/mo for 6 months of coaching. In return we will provide you with 2, 45 minute (minimum) coaching sessions per month totaling 12 sessions.
- If you need to reschedule a call, we will happily work with you on that. You must provide your coach 24 hour notice or we reserve the right to count the call as completed. The spirit of this policy is around planning and accountability, not punishment.
- You have the right to record each session.
- By becoming a coach client, you agree to allow us to use general parts of your story (struggles, victories, comments, etc) in marketing. We will not use your name or anything that would share your identity without written permission first.
Referral Program
- We appreciate your referrals! To say thank you, we offer the following referral policy:
- If you refer us to someone and they become a paying coaching client, we will gift you 1 month of free coaching sessions (2 calls).
- If you refer us to a company who hires us for goal setting, business planning, or group coaching, we will gift you 2 months of free coaching sessions (4 calls)
- All gifted sessions earned through referrals will be completed at the end of your 6 month coaching engagement.
Confidentiality
- The best coaching sessions are built on the foundation of transparency and vulnerability. Therefore, what is said in the coaching room will stay in the coaching room.
- Your name, business, and specifics will not be shared unless we receive your written consent
- The only exception to this would be if you coaching is being provided by an employer or parent and reporting is part of the coaching agreement. If this applies to you, you will be notified in the first coaching call.
Commitment.
- How you show up here, is how you show up everywhere. We are not expecting you to be perfect. Come having given your best.
- Regardless of the outcome, come with an attitude of accountability. Own your part in the outcome.
- Be in a place conducive to a deep conversation. Calls cannot be completed from a moving vehicle or other environment where your attention (and service) will be consistently interrupted.
Expectations
-Show up to the call with an answer to one of the following questions:
- What does success for this call look like?
- What would we have to achieve in the next hour that would make you say, "This call was incredible?"
- Based on your goals, where do we need to focus our conversation today?
-What you should expect of your coach:
- Preparedness. Our goal is to make the coaching process feel like one seamless conversation.
- Powerful questions that get you to think. We want to open up options and pathways with you.
- Recommendations, only AFTER you come up with some possibilities. This is not about telling you what to do, it is about identifying a path, taking action, then gathering feedback. We believe authorship is ownership. Once you've come up with some ideas, we will happily share best practices, additional options that we see working for others, and/or our thoughts. However, the intent is for you to then pick a path and move forward, not simply pick your coach's suggestion.
Coaching Call Frequency and Length
- Coaching Calls are a minimum of 45 minutes
- Clients receive 2 coaching calls per month
- A bonus "5th week" group call may be added in the future.
