While our goal is to help Christians, we do not exclude those who do not claim to be Christians. Nor is our work evangelical. The principles are amoral and work for all walks of life. We do, however, believe everyone deserves this level of success.

The Problem
Many believers today are winning in one area of life but failing in the rest. Most of the time the area of life in which they are winning, is not the one they would deem most important. That is a problem. We call this "A Misaligned Life".
The Bible teaches that there is a Spiritual war being waged around us. As a Christian, you are on the front lines. No successful General or military leader goes into a battle with the plan, "Figure it out as we go." Yet, many of us live our lives this way, and it shows.
Of all the leaders we speak with, a small percentage have a plan. And of these who have a plan, most struggle with consistently implementing or working the plan on an individual or team level. The overwhelming majority of leaders had a plan, but either failed miserably, didn't know who to adjust to unforeseen issues, or feel so far behind, they have given up on it altogether.
